Erin Chou, RMT & Acupuncturist; is registered with the CMTO and member of RMTAO & CAATCM. She completed her massage therapy diploma and acupuncture diploma programs in Toronto. Erin speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese too. She has enjoyed treating many clients from these Asian communities.

Because of her diverse background, Erin offers a variety of techniques including: Swedish massage to improve circulation/drainage while encouraging relaxation and reducing pain/stress. She is also trained in Acupressure/Shiatsu techniques to stimulate meridians/acupuncture points in order to enhance organ/tissue functions. In addition, Erin may use Thai Yoga stretches to manipulate joints and increase flexibility.

Yet, do not be surprised when she includes hydrotherapy/sound therapy during her treatments. She is very open to discussing the home-care programs that would further enhance massage treatment results for you. The program or tips may include: self-massage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and remedial exercises (stretches or strengthening).

Erin is a strong believer in: “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give."

Erin’s goal of treatment is to achieve harmony among body, mind and spirit. By sharing her holistic approach, she strives to turn each treatment into a great retreat for every client who comes into her therapeutic world. Erin is a valuable addition to the Mississauga Wellness team of professionals.

Michelle Macutay, RMT, graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in 2004. Although she has completed her studies, she continues to learn new modalities that she trusts will help her clients feel better.

Even though she is only 4’11”, Michelle specializes in deep tissue treatments for chronic pain, injuries or repetitive strain. She is proof that a strong massage comes from proper technique and not the size of your biceps. Being a mother of two children, she is also the go-to person for pre and post-natal massage treatments.

Michelle loves her career and takes pride in her work. Quality is a priority for her, always giving 110 % to her clients! Whether your goal is repair, maintenance or just to de-stress, Michelle will help you get there.

Nileshkumar Patel (RMT) Graduate of Kikkawa College, Nilesh has been practicing Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, as well as Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention Massage. He is a CMTO accredited Registered Massage Therapist. Prior to Massage, Nilesh had obtained a Bachelor in Physical Therapy (Physiotherapy) from India.

Nilesh began his health-care career as a Physiotherapist with experience in sports and work related injuries. His passion is to selectively combine the various elements from past training, to create an individualized and effective approach to each client case, achieving an inspired and holistic practice. Nilesh ensures every client leaves feeling satisfied that their needs have been addressed.

When you come in to see Nilesh for a treatment, he will first spend a few minutes getting to know you and ask some questions regarding your health. He will then assess your posture, range of motion and perform some assessment tests to see where the root cause of your pain may lie. Even if you come in for just relaxation, it is still beneficial to perform a general assessment so we can focus on preventing future muscle imbalances and injury. A very important part of every treatment is what you, the client, can do at home to help your own healing. Nilesh will show you proper stretches along with strengthening exercises and techniques.

Nilesh is happy to be part of the Mississauga Wellness team and he looks forward to helping anyone who comes through our doors.
